Skills to Side Hustle – Vocational Skills Programme for Students Ages: 11–19 (up to 25 for learners with SEND) Duration: 4 Weeks Location: At your school/organisation Class size: Up to 10 students per group The Skills 2 Entrepreneur programme is a four-week vocational enrichment programme for schools designed to introduce students to in-demand beauty therapy skills through practical, hands-on learning. Students learn one specialist treatment such as nails, brows, makeup or hair styling, while building confidence and developing practical vocational skills. The programme is particularly effective for students who benefit from practical learning approaches, including learners in alternative provision, SEMH settings or SEND support programmes. By connecting practical skills with real-world opportunities, the programme helps students explore future education pathways, apprenticeships and small business opportunities.
