Thank you for supporting Y.O.U.R. Beauty School's Salon Week. Salon Week provides our beauty therapy students with the opportunity to develop their practical skills, confidence and professionalism by working with real clients in a supervised salon environment. All treatments are carried out by beauty therapy students and are closely supervised by qualified beauty professionals throughout the appointment. Supervisors are present to monitor treatments, provide guidance, support students and ensure services are delivered safely and professionally. As treatments are being performed by students as part of their training and assessment programme, appointments may take longer than those experienced in a commercial salon. A consultation will be completed before treatment to assess suitability and identify any medical conditions, allergies, sensitivities or contraindications that may affect the service. Treatments may be adapted, postponed or declined where necessary to protect the health, safety and wellbeing of clients. At the end of your appointment, your student therapist may provide aftercare advice. Please listen carefully and follow any recommendations provided, as this will help achieve the best possible results and reduce the risk of irritation, sensitivity or other adverse reactions following treatment. Whilst every effort will be made to provide your chosen treatment at your selected appointment time, Y.O.U.R. Beauty School operates as a training environment. Treatment availability may be subject to change due to student timetables, assessment requirements, learning needs, staff availability or other operational requirements. Y.O.U.R. Beauty School reserves the right to amend, substitute, reschedule or cancel treatments and appointments where necessary. Clients will be notified of any changes as soon as reasonably practicable. Whilst there is no obligation, clients are welcome to leave a tip for their student therapist should they wish to do so. Tips are greatly appreciated and help recognise students' hard work, commitment and professional development. Thank you for supporting the next generation of beauty professionals.
