1. Eligibility Criteria:

• Applicants must be legal residents of the country where Y.O.U.R Beauty School is located.

• Applicants must be at least 13 years old at the time of application.

• Applicants must demonstrate a passion for beauty therapy and a commitment to pursuing a career in the beauty industry in the future.

• Applicants must meet the admission requirements of Y.O.U.R Beauty School.

 

2. Application Process:

• Applicants must complete the placement application form available on the Y.O.U.R Beauty School website.

• Applicants can be supported by a professional to complete the application form where required, however we would like to hear in the applicants own words.

• Applicants may be required to provide additional documentation upon request.

3. Selection Process:

• Placement recipients will be selected based on the strength of their application, including their passion for beauty therapy and potential for success in the beauty industry.

• The selection committee's decision is final and cannot be appealed.

• Placement recipients will be notified via email or phone within a specified timeframe.

4. Placement Benefits:

• The placement covers tuition fees for a specified programme or course at Y.O.U.R Beauty School.

• The placement is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash or another course provided by Y.O.U.R Beauty School.

 

5. Terms of Enrolment:

• Placement recipients must enrol in the specified programme or course at Y.O.U.R Beauty School within the designated timeframe.

• Recipients must maintain satisfactory progress throughout the duration of their studies to remain eligible for the placement.

• Failure to meet enrolment or academic requirements may result in the forfeiture of the placement.

• Lack of attendance, engagement, or failure to actively participate in coursework may result in the loss of the placement.

• Placement  recipients are expected to fully engage in all aspects of their studies, including class attendance, practical sessions, and any additional requirements outlined by Y.O.U.R Beauty School. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the placement.

 

6. Publicity Rights:

•  By accepting the placement, recipients grant Y.O.U.R Beauty School the right to use your story anonymously, likeness, and any submitted materials for promotional purposes, including but not limited to, social media, and marketing materials.

7. Cancellation and Modification:

• Y.O.U.R Beauty School reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the placement programme at any time and for any reason.

• In the event of cancellation, modification, or suspension, Y.O.U.R Beauty School will not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by applicants or recipients.

 

8. Compliance with Laws:

• Placement must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to immigration and residency, throughout the duration of their studies at Y.O.U.R Beauty School.

 

9. Dispute Resolution:

• Any disputes arising from the scholarship programme will be resolved through negotiation and mediation between the parties involved. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated.

10. Acceptance of Terms:

• By submitting an application for the Y.O.U.R Beauty School placement, applicants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms and conditions in their entirety.
